As a Senior Administrative Assistant, and business owner myself, I know the challenging task of finding, purchasing and arranging delivery of corporate, client and employee gifts. Our Gourmet, Chocolate, Cookie, and Coffee Baskets are all great selections, and you'll find many more options in the online showroom as well. If you don’t see just the right gift, I’ll work with you to create what you need.
If you would like to personalize the gift(s), I am happy to make arrangements to add your company swag, promotional items, or whatever special additions you might have in mind. There is no minimum order for personalization.
You can count on a professional impression reflected in your gift. All gift baskets are presented elegantly wrapped in tulle with a beautiful bow to match, and include an appropriate gift card with your special message.

As with every order you place with Baskets by Serendipity, you pay NO GST!
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% is required on all orders, with the balance owing payable prior to delivery.
Delivery/Shipping: I am proud to use the delivery services of Earth's Courier for weekday deliveries. They are Calgary's only courier company to use Bio-Diesel fuel in all company vehicles. I am also very pleased to hand-deliver the evening and weekend deliveries personnally. It is the most rewarding aspect of my business to be able to see the delighted smiles of surprise on the faces of the recipients of my gift baskets!
- Delivery charge is $10.00 for local Calgary delivery
- If ordering multiples delivered to the same location, there is only one delivery fee plus a handling charge of $1.00 for each additional basket
- Shipment to locations outside of Calgary is provided by Canada Post
- If additional shipping charges or a refund applies, we will send you an email prior to delivery/shipment of your order
Payment Options:

Credit Card/PayPal Account: All credit card payments are accepted securely through PayPal, either via an embedded email sent to you after your order, or through the website, so you can shop in confidence.

Company Account: I would be happy to invoice you. Payment on the invoice can be made by credit card or PayPal account, or by mailing a company cheque to the address provided. To open an account, please send an email to serendipity@basketsbyserendipity.com.

Cash: If you would prefer to pay by cash, I will arrange to pick the payment up from you before delivery of your order. An additional $10.00 service fee will apply.

If you would like to preview a basket so you can see what it looks like in advance, I would be happy to drop off a sample for you to view.

Photos of all custom baskets are emailed to you (either before or after delivery according to your preference) so that you can see what you ordered!
