GIFT BASKET ORDERS: Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! To ensure the contents of your gift basket(s) are the freshest possible, all gifts are prepared at the time of order for each request.

• Orders received before 3:00 PM are prepared for next-day delivery/shipment or future delivery date of your request
• Orders received after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours or future delivery date of your request
• Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be longer
• Customized baskets may require additional time to prepare
• Same-day delivery is available for in-stock gift baskets. (additional charges may apply)
• Baskets may not be exactly as shown. Although some substitutions may be required due to availability, product integrity is never compromised. Your gift basket will always contain quality products and be beautifully and professionally presented.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING: I am proud to use the delivery services of Earth's Courier for weekday deliveries. They are Calgary's only courier company to use Bio-Diesel fuel in all company vehicles. I am also very pleased to hand-deliver the evening and weekend deliveries personnally. It is the most rewarding aspect of my business to be able to see the delighted smiles of surprise on the faces of the recipients of my gift baskets!

• Delivery charge is $10.00 for local Calgary delivery
• If ordering multiples delivered to the same location, there is only one delivery fee plus a handling charge of $1.00 for each additional basket
• Shipment to locations outside of Calgary is provided by Canada Post
• If additional shipping charges or a refund applies, we will send you an email prior to delivery/shipment of your order

PAYMENTS:

• Payments are securely accepted online through PayPal. This protects your financial information so that you can shop in confidence. An existing PayPal account is NOT required. The process is easy to use, and I am happy to walk you through it should you encounter any difficulties; just give me a call at (403) 667-9452 or email serendipity@basketsbyserendipity.com.
• If you would prefer to pay by cash or cheque, I will arrange to pick the payment up from you before delivery of your order. An additional $10.00 service fee will apply.
• Corporate/Business clients are welcome to pay by invoice. Please contact me at serendipity@basketsbyserendipity.com to apply for an account.
